.... lose a quit. You can only throw it away.

Conversely, a quit is not just going to happen for you... 

... you have to make it happen.

There is no luck... no accidents... no serendipity... involved in quitting.

You determine exactly what happens at all times.

And that is GOOD news.

Because this responsibility IS what makes it possible for any of us to quit.
